Abestract
Knowing the culture and civilization of Iran is the basis for honoring our rich past owes to those who have taken steps in this direction. This study examines and identifies archaeological women who in the past, studied and researched or excavated in different parts of Iran and proved the results of their historical and archaeological studies. They endured the hardships of difficult social conditions, etc., and began to explore and study archeology and history. Although few in number, the results are so valuable that all historians, archaeologists, sociologists and anthropologists turn to it for their research today.
The research method in this article is a library method using descriptive and analytical methods. The results show that foreign and Iranian women archaeologists and Iranologists in identifying Iranian antiquities and preparing new identity cards for many of these works, many of which are kept in museums in Iran and abroad, as well as recording material documents to compile the history of Iran. And changing existing views on monuments have played a positive and fundamental role, although the names of many of them have been abandoned so far.
