Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n

The view towards woman has always been humiliated in history and in various civilizations and rituals. With the advent of Islam, Muslim women benefited from economic, political and social rights. With the beginning of the Renaissance and the civilizational interaction between Islam and the West, some religious and legal issues of women in Islam were questioned by Western intellectuals. In this regard, Islamic scholars have tried to eliminate dust from Islamic genuine laws and respond to these doubts. This research has tried to answer this question, what are the similarities and differences between the position of women in the ideas of Abdo, Rashid Reza, Sayyid Ahmad Khan Hindi? Using the analytical-descriptive method, the author based his hypothesis on the fact that all three thinkers believed in the social presence of women, but the emphasis of Sayyed Ahmad Khan and Abdo on women’s education was higher, while Rashid Reza took women’s jobs under consideration. The findings of the research show that all scholars seek to explain the real status of women in society. The effects of each tradition and modernity and the political, social and cultural conditions of their society have led to a change in their views on women’s issues.<\/p>\n
