Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Timurid Empire due to its political and military status and also, being affected by the tribal, ideological, and Iranian- Islamic customs has witnessed the struggle of women in the process of political and social events of their time. From the very beginning of the dynasty, due to their family relations and marriage the women of Timurid dynasty could affect the important decisions by playing\u00a0 role in uniting -participation and interfering in the political affairs<\/p>\n

In this regard, Mahd-e Olia Goharshad Begum from the aristocracy of Khorasan and the wife of the emperor Shahrokh Timurid by participating in politics in the administration of government and government affairs played a special role so that she had a high position in good planning and politics. This research following descriptive- analytical method and based on historical documents, examined the performance and participation of the Queen of Transoxiana and Khorasan, Goharshad occasionally deals with the political structure of the Timurid era<\/p>\n
